Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the conditions under which the Service is provided and to the rights and obligations between the Site and users. Any individual provisions or guidelines separately established by the Site also form part of these Terms.

The IQ, deviation scores, rankings, and other figures shown by the Service are estimates based on statistical models and are intended for entertainment and self-understanding. They are not official medical, psychological, or educational diagnoses or test results, and they do not guarantee or certify any qualification, ability, or future outcome. Users shall not use the results of the Service as a substitute for medical or professional judgment.

Some parts of the Service (such as the detailed analysis report) are paid. The transaction conditions, including pricing, payment methods, and timing of delivery, follow each purchase page and the Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

• Fees are charged immediately by credit card (Stripe) when the purchase process is completed.
• What we provide is digital content, and by its nature, refunds or cancellations cannot be accepted after it has become purchasable or viewable.
• If there is a cause attributable to the Site, such as a payment malfunction, please contact our support desk.

Users shall not engage in the following conduct when using the Service.

• Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
• Impersonating others, or registering or displaying inappropriate, defamatory, or discriminatory nicknames and the like
• Unauthorized access, excessive access, or scraping using automated tools and the like
• Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Service or causes disadvantage to other users
• Conduct that improperly manipulates test results or rankings
• Reproducing, reposting, or commercially using the Site's content without permission

The intellectual property rights in the questions, figures, text, design, programs, and other elements that make up the Service belong to the Site or to the rightful rights holders. Users may not use these beyond the scope of private use.

The Site does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content or results of the Service, its fitness for any particular purpose, or that it will be free of interruptions or defects. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Site, the Site shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the Service.

The Site may change the content of the Service or suspend or terminate its provision without prior notice to users. The Site shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

The handling of information registered or posted by users, such as nicknames, follows the Privacy Policy. The Site may hide or delete information it deems inappropriate without prior notice.

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. If a dispute arises between the Site and a user regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Site's operator shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdictional court of first instance.

The Site may revise these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect when posted on this page.
